Education is a continuing process of improving and nourishing oneself. While the conventional education provides one with the skills of leading mundane life, spiritual education aims to equip one with the ability to strengthen one’s mind so that while dealing with every day’s samsaric endeavours, one is still able to help others. In this way, life is enriched with the extension of selfless contribution to the betterment of one’s own society, which will eventually grow to be beneficial to the entire world. Spiritual wellness is very important to keep the world healthy, peaceful, meaningful and in harmony with the universe.
