Interior of the Tibetan Pharmacy The scope of the pharmacy includes traditional roles such as compounding and dispensing Tibetan medications as well as allopathic medicines. It also provides a stock of consumables such as dressings which are not readily available or accessible for the local people.Included in the pharmacy are services related to patient care, such as reviewing medications for safety and efficacy, and providing usage information and advice, particularly on allopathic treatments such as the possible side effects.
